Hypnosis is a natural state and one which we pass into and out of many times each day. It is that state we enter when we daydream, meditate or simply spend time lost in thought.
We pass through hypnosis going to sleep and again upon awakening. When in the hypnotic state we are fully aware of surroundings, of what we are doing or saying and of what is being said to us by the hypnotherapist.

When you book your hypnotherapy session, please include your telephone number and we will contact you with available times for your session. You can expect to notice the changes resulting from hypnosis between six and ten weeks. For most issues only four to six sessions are required. You do the rest at home, with the assistance of Paul’s Guided Meditations CD. This CD or USB is available from Paul at your first session. Lasting change needs time and hypnosis allows you to change yourself and your life gradually and without upheaval.
Past Life Regression is possible through hypnosis, enabling you to explore past lives while in a deep hypnotic state. Three or more one-hour sessions are usually required to effectively access past life memories, as you need to be in a deep state to ensure you’re not imagining scenes and events.
